How quickly will I get my money back after returning?

We will process your return within 10 days after you have sent it. In some cases this may take a little longer. After we have processed your return, you will receive your money back within 5-7 working days. You will automatically receive an email from us once your return has been processed.

Did the item you have ordered arrived broken?

We are sorry that you received a broken item. Register the broken item as a return and send it back so that you get your money back. You can then order again yourself. This way you will have an undamaged copy in the fastest way.

Can I return multiple items in 1 box?

This is only possible if they are from the same seller and have the same return address. Register them here for a return, then you will immediately see whether they have the same return address.

Do I need a printer to send something back?

No printer? No problem! You will receive a digital return label, which an employee at the parcel point can scan from your phone. Is this not possible or do you send your package via the letterbox? Then write the return address and number on the box.

Do I have to return my item in its original packaging?

Make sure that the item is securely packed, preferably in the original box. If you no longer have the original box, another sturdy box is no problem.

What can I return?

Products bought at Bymygo or Marketplace sellers can be returned up to 30 days after delivery as long as they are complete, unopened and in original condition. Package Carriers that have been sealed or wrapped in shrink wrap can only be returned in the package has not been opened or if the seal has not been damaged.

When do I receive my refund?

Usually within 2-3 weeks. Most reimbursements take place within 5-7 days after we have received and processed your return shipment.

Does Bymygo offer replacement deliveries?

Yes, you can place replacement orders and trade orders on this page by clicking on Return items and following the instructions. When you've received a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement of the exact same item. When you want to trade the item for another, you can select a different size or colour of the item in the shopping basket.
